Distance

I can try to distract me and for a few minutes don't think about you but there's always some moment when your name, your voice, your smile or even your eyes come to my mind and in these moments I miss you more and more each day.

In my mind I imagine you here, with me when I'm alone, when everybody by my side have somebody to talk, to look or to smile I have your soul with me everyday.

This long distance, this time, this place, is killing me. Even knowing that you're close it's like our worlds are apart.

Even knowing that we aren't a couple, or something like that, we're just friends but my feelings for you are more special than that.

I'm feeling alone even with so many people around me, I feel like there's something missing and the worst part is that what is missing is you but you'll never be able to be with me.
